It’s one of those places that doesn’t try too hard to impress you upfront, but somehow ends up being exactly what you didn’t know you needed. I’ll be honest – when I first walked in, it felt pretty understated compared to some of the flashier spots I’ve stayed at, but there’s something refreshingly authentic about that approach.

The suites themselves are actually quite spacious, which is saying something since I’ve been crammed into plenty of “suites” that were basically glorified hotel rooms with a mini-fridge. Here, you get legitimate living space that doesn’t feel like an afterthought. The setup works particularly well if you’re planning to spend more than just a night or two – I mean, having actual counter space and room to spread out your stuff makes a difference you don’t realize until you have it. The decor leans modern without being sterile, though honestly, it won’t win any design awards. But sometimes that’s fine, you know? It’s comfortable and functional, and the beds are surprisingly good. I’m pretty picky about mattresses, and I actually slept well here.

What really sold me on this place was the staff’s approach – they’re helpful without hovering, and they seem to genuinely know the area well. When I asked about getting around Verona, the front desk person gave me specific recommendations that clearly came from someone who actually lives here, not just rehearsed tourist talking points. The location itself is interesting – you’re not right in the thick of the historic center, which means you miss some of the tourist chaos but you’re still close enough that nothing feels like a trek. Parking was straightforward too, which honestly can be a nightmare in some Italian cities. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel that I really appreciated, with local cafes and shops that aren’t just there for tourists. I grabbed coffee most mornings from a spot just down the street where the barista started recognizing me by day three – that kind of thing matters when you’re trying to get a feel for a place. The 7.9 rating makes sense to me – it’s solid and reliable without being spectacular, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want. If you’re looking for over-the-top luxury or Instagram-worthy amenities, this probably isn’t your spot. But if you want a comfortable base that feels more like a temporary apartment than a hotel room, and you appreciate straightforward hospitality, it’s worth considering.

  What could be improved: Rumorosissimo. Treni che passano di continuo dalle 5 alle 24 a 50 metri dalla casa. Vicini incivili e chiassosi. Cani di una villetta vicina tenuti nel giardino che abbaiano di continuo.

  A localização é ótima. Local muito camo e agradável. Ar condicionado em todas as divisões foi muito bom porque estava muito calor. O terraço é ótimo para fazer as refeições .
  
  What could be improved: Na cozinha há pouco utensílios para fazer as refeições. Tem tudo à conta para o numero de hospedes. Tem falta de algumas coisas, como travessas para colocar a comida e só tem uma panela para fazer a comida.

  What could be improved: Es hatte etwas wenig Geschirr für 5 Personen. Wir haben nicht gekocht, so war das kein Problem.
