  Appartamento molto accogliente e arredamento moderno.
  
  What could be improved: Lo staff molto deludente. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo compilato i vari dati telematicamente in quanto al check-in non è prevista una persona fisicamente per l’accoglienza e abbiamo atteso il codice per l’accesso all’appartamento per circa 2 ore, dalle 18:00 che era il check-in alle 20:30 siamo riusciti ad entrare grazie all’aiuto della polizia di Verona che ci ha aiutati a rintracciare lo staff, in quanto lo staff non rispondeva alle varie chiamate per poter aiutare. Oltre a questo spiacevole inconveniente all’interno dell’abitazione non c’era il telecomando per il televisore e per il clima e nemmeno il phon. Ci avevano detto che avrebbero procurato un telecomando universale ma che non è mai stato consegnato fino al giorno del check-out, purtroppo ormai inutile per noi.

  Мне понравился и сам дом и локация и апартаменты, они в жизни лучше, чем на фото, а еще на территории бесплатная парковка, очень комфортная кровать, все чисто и уютно. В апартаментах был и кофе и вода. Хозяива оперативно отвечали на все вопросы, хотелось остаться там еще.
