They gave me solid recommendations for dinner spots that weren’t tourist traps, which tells you they actually care about your experience beyond just handing you a key card.

  The apartment was amazing! We travel a lot, with three kids. We never found an apartment so clean, comfortable, quiet, functional, with brand new furnitures and kitchen amenities.

  What could be improved: AC is hot . Because it is controlled by the owner. The hot water is limited. You can't use AC with a window open . No washing machine. And another bad thing.

  Die Wohnung war sehr schön und die Lage war super wir sollten nur ein Bus bis zum Zentrum nehmen und die Ticket haben auch nicht viel gekostet. War super. Die Eintritt in die Wohnung war durch ein Pin, das war sehr practisch, weil wir hatten kein Angst dass wir den Schlüssel vergessen würden.

  The apartment was clean, and it had everything we needed.
  The host was great, we had some car issues caused by hail, and she helped us with everything she could.
  The place is located in a quiet area and there is a pizza place nearby that has good pizza.

  Fantastic host who spent the time to walk us around the apartment and show us everything. Very responsive with any questions we had. Very clean tidy and spacious and the place had A/C in every room which was fantastic given that it was 38C outside. That was a huge plus for us travelling with children.
  
  What could be improved: Honestly not much to complain about other than it's not within walking distance from Verona center. You need to take a car or taxi to get into the center of town which was fine for us as we had a car.
