I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Verona up to you – Panorama, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. It’s one of those quirky hotel names that either means something brilliant or absolutely nothing at all. Turns out, it actually makes perfect sense once you’re there. This 3-star place really does live up to its panoramic promise, and honestly, the “up to you” part feels like the owner’s way of saying “make this experience your own.” Which, you know what, I kind of appreciated.

The location gives you those sweeping views that make Verona feel like it’s spreading out just for you – I mean, there’s something almost theatrical about it, which feels right for this city. You can actually see the terracotta rooftops rolling away in waves, and on clear mornings (which happen more often than you’d think), the distant hills look like they’re painted on. The building itself isn’t fancy – it’s got that practical Italian approach where function comes first, but there’s real charm in the details. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough, though I’d say the real selling point is stepping out onto those balconies. Even in a 3-star property, when you’ve got views like these, you sort of forget about thread counts and marble bathrooms.

What I really liked was how the staff seemed to actually know the area – not just the tourist spots, but where locals go for aperitivo and which streets to avoid during the evening passeggiata rush. The 8.0 rating makes sense to me because this isn’t trying to be something it’s not. It’s a solid, honest place that delivers on its main promise: those panoramic views and a genuine sense of place. The breakfast is nothing revolutionary, but it’s served with a view that makes even basic cornetti taste better. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle (welcome to Italian cities), but they’ll actually help you figure it out rather than just handing you a map and wishing you luck. I stayed here during shoulder season, and while it was pleasantly quiet, I imagine summer evenings on those balconies would be pretty special – though probably busier. If you’re looking for luxury amenities, this isn’t your spot, but if you want to wake up to Verona spread out below you without breaking the bank, well… it really is up to you, but I’d say it’s worth considering.

  Lokalizacja w sam raz na spacer do centrum. Uważaj na wjazd na podwórko – bardzo ciasno (2 m szerokości), miejsce na jedno auto, ale przynamniej będziesz miał niezapomniane atrakcje już na samym początku pobytu w Werona. Podział pokoi fajny – dwa mieszania w jednym. W pierwszej części sypialnia łóżko małżeńskie i pojedyncze, nowa łazienka plus kuchnia, w kuchni sofa (nierozkładana), w drugiej części mieszkania sypialnia z łóżkiem małżeńskim, kuchnia z łóżkiem małżeńskim, łazienka ale nie odnowiona. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.

Perdemos a manhã toda transferindo bagagens para um storage, para fazer novo checkin de tarde. tivemos despesas de mais de 40 Euros de táxi e storage, não reembolsados. a proprietária não se disponibilizou a levar nossas bagagens.

  L’emplacement est à la fois proche du centre et très calme, au milieu de jardins. Les pièces ont des équipements récents, une bonne literie et une décoration sympathique. Le logement de 7 personnes est en fait deux logements dans le même couloir. Chaque appartement a une chambre, une salle de bains, un séjour cuisine. L’un des séjours cuisine a un canapé lit et une chambre a deux lits. Peu de vis à vis et environnement très agréable. Accès à un beau jardin avec vue sur château
  
  What could be improved: C’est vraiment très sportif pour rentrer et sortir une voiture dans la cour, à partir d’une voiture de taille moyenne.
  Ne vous attendez pas à une propreté impeccable même si la bonne volonté paraît sincère.
  La vaisselle et les équipements de cuisine sont succincts

  All the rooms had AC, which was great.
  The en-suite was really good with a great bathroom! Everyone had space and the kitchen was good.
  
  What could be improved: If you want to benefit from private parking, you'll need to have a car that is very small (and having a SUV, we couldn't).
