  Bed was wery soft was good. Room normal size, good shower, toilet, also shared kitchen with microwawe, washing mashine, all kitchen equipment. All was ok for one night. Wery soft blanket.
  
  What could be improved: Toilet dogs is not closindg they need to be fixed, smell is intens in all rooms. I do not know but bad smell like mold. Also bad bad neighbours who smoked wee* in kitchen and in they room. Every rooms were smelling bad. We was with dog and dog start cought of thqt smell. Also in kitchen no kettle. And there is no space for car so it is wery dissapointing.

  The kitchen is comfortable and daily breakfast is provided. The location is incredible, in the center of Verona, 10 minutes walk to everywhere. Clean service is provided every day.
  
  What could be improved: The shower is a bit small, and there are some humidity spots in some walls. The place to put the clothes is a bit small.

  Location is good, nice and quiet but close to everything in city center. We used bus to get from train station and got close to place easily. Room was clean and nice, breakfast basket good!
  
  What could be improved: Door locks were bit hard to use first. There was washing machine which we would have loved to use, but it’s door was either broken or locked. However washing machine is not mentioned in the description of room so cannot really complain about that.

  The room was very clean, the toilet was inside of the room, also very clean. The location was great, near Piazza della Erbe and most sights by foot. Our room was no.2, next to no.1 with a shared kitchen, including coffee capsules, tea, and 2 baskets with breakfast (with cakes-toasts with jam or nutella and some other sweets- each basket for each room).
  
  What could be improved: The check-in/check-out! It wasn't flexible at all, we were so freakin' tired from the trip, with our backpacks on for hours, we arrived at 12pm in Verona and we couldn't do the check-in until 3pm, as a result of that, we were in pain from the backpacks and due to the late hour check-in, we missed a lot of sights because most of them close at 5-6pm and we went for a day only!
  
  About the room, the only thing I can say is that you have to close the bathroom door because the drain smells a lot.

  Coffee and cakes replenished every day.
  Staff very friendly and accommodating.

  What could be improved: Coffee system and water bottles were a concern to us due to the non recyclable plastic waste. No recycling bins obvious.
