  Convenient location, easily caught the bus to the airport from down the road
  
  What could be improved: Floor was dirty, nowhere to sit apart from the bed or 2 hard chairs at the table, very small TV, and didn’t feel particularly safe in the apartment complex

  No breakfast which was not included anyway, but location very good. Had fridge, hot water kettle so all good. 7 mins walk to INS supermarket which is good. 10 min walk to colesseum for Opera, which you should do if possible. It is Opera festival time so book in advance – its brilliant! even if you are not an opera lover. Bus to Puorto Nova is 5 mins away which is convenient, just over Porto Navi but pick the right side!
  
  What could be improved: no elevator so 23kg is a lift but tread slowly and you will be fine. If you need something, then just ask.

  Very friendly and good service. Upon our arrival, there was a problem with the airconditioning. We contacted the host who came immediately from outside town to give us another room.

  What could be improved: Air conditioning did not work properly and it was too hot to sleep inside. Most probably it was not installed correctly because the condensation water dropped to the floor.
