The Neighborhood

Borgo Roma isn’t the touristy center where everyone flocks, and honestly, that’s part of its charm. It’s a genuine residential area where you’ll see locals going about their daily routines — grabbing coffee at the corner bar, walking their dogs, chatting with neighbors. I mean, you’re still close enough to reach Verona’s historic center without any hassle, but you get this authentic slice of Italian life that most visitors miss. The area feels safe and quiet, especially in the evenings when couples are out for their evening strolls.

The Space

What really impressed me about this place was how thoughtfully designed the room was — it doesn’t feel like a typical hotel setup at all. You’ve got proper living space that actually makes sense for longer stays, and the kitchen is genuinely functional, not just some token kitchenette with a broken coffee maker. The whole apartment has this clean, modern feel without being sterile, and there’s enough space that you don’t feel like you’re living on top of each other if you’re traveling as a couple.

  Appartamento grande, pulito e abbastanza vicino a Verona fiera. Tutto ok. Comodo il servizio di self check in.

  Ottima posizione per chi si reca a Verona per l'ospedale come nel nostro caso, o fiera.
  A pochi passi da un centro commerciale dove si puo' trovare tutto il necessario per la spesa se si cucina a casa oltre a negozi e vari ristoranti.
  Parcheggio gratuito davanti alla struttura.
  Appartamento con ampie stanze, pulito e ben arredato con tutto il necessario. Ottimo wi-fi utilizzato anche per lavorare da remoto.
  Gentilissimi i proprietari con i quali ho comunicato via WhatsApp.
  
  What could be improved: Tutto perfetto, solo un piccolo problema con un telecomando che non funzionava. Ma con 3 tv nell'appartamento e 3 telecomandi 🙂 non e' stato un gran problema

  Smooth and automated checkin procedure. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking in front of the building (not guaranteed though).

  The apartment is in a god location with free parking on the street (no private parking). Check-in is done online before arrival and then you have access to the apartment via app so everything is very smooth. The apartment is large, very clean and well equiped (but only one knife and no toilet paper)
  
  What could be improved: There is no air condition and we were there in summer during hot days, so even fans in the room are not enough to cool down apartment. Sometimes need to wait long time for hot water.

  Big apartment and everything is brand new. Not very close to the city center but you have public transportation close by or you can drive for 10-15 min to private parking. Self check-in and check-out. Free parking in front of the building. We only stayed for 2 nights and we were only 2 people but it is ideal for longer stays and bigger groups as you have 2 double beds and a sofa bed.

  the apartment Is clean and looks new. its pretty big for the money. kitchen appliances are really great (we couldn't find a knife though). the location is also pretty good – we had no issues with the parking, and big department store is around the corner.
  
  What could be improved: no central hot water supply (that's normal for Italy), sound isolation is really poor like there are no windows at all, and an air fresher meows like a mad cat in April once in a while, and electricity supply is pretty weak (the fuse went off once when we used the oven together with the washing machine)
