Look, I’ll be honest – when I first booked Appartamento vicino al centro Adigeo e fiera, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? This little apartment completely changed my perspective on what makes a stay memorable, and that 9.6 rating suddenly made perfect sense once I settled in.

The location is actually brilliant – you’re close enough to both the historic center and the exhibition grounds that you can walk to either without breaking a sweat. I mean, that’s the whole point of the name, right? But what they don’t tell you is how quiet the neighborhood gets in the evenings. During my stay, I could hear church bells in the distance and the occasional scooter puttering by, but none of that jarring city noise that usually keeps you up. The apartment itself has this lived-in authenticity that you just can’t fake – real wooden floors that creak a bit when you walk around (in a charming way, not an annoying way), and windows that actually open wide enough to let in proper fresh air. The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped too, which came in handy when I grabbed some local cheese and wine from the market down the street.

What really struck me was how the owners clearly understand what travelers actually need. There’s decent Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out every five minutes, the shower has proper water pressure, and – this might sound silly – but the bed was actually comfortable. You’d be amazed how many places get that basic thing wrong. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s place than some sterile hotel room. Plus, being near the fiera means you’re perfectly positioned if you’re in town for any events or exhibitions, but even if you’re not, that area has some fantastic little restaurants that tourists rarely discover. I stumbled into this osteria about three blocks away that served the most incredible ragu I’ve had outside of someone’s grandmother’s kitchen. Honestly, the fact that this place maintains such a high rating tells you everything – when guests consistently rate a simple 3-star apartment at 9.6, it’s because they’re getting exactly what they hoped for, maybe even a bit more.

  A very suitable apartment for families with children where you will feel at home. The facilities and number of rooms in the apartment are sufficient. The neighborhood it is located in is suitable for families. The general cleanliness of the house and the cleanliness of towels and sheets are very good. The landlord is very attentive from beginning to end. SHe helps with every problem you have.

  Outstanding flat, descriptions and response time. Absolutely nothing to complain and would book again in a heartbeat.

  Appartment is super clean, cosy, spacious, with three balconies. Diana is great, she communicates regularly and gives all the instructions necessary for good stay. The appartment is in calm neigbourhood and easy access by car.

  Literally everything. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Very equipped apartment with everything you need and even more, form water filter, to espresso machine, to toys for the kids. We simply loved it. The owner is very nice and the communicative, makes you feel like you are at home. Very clean, good location, one minutes to several bus stops. Shopping mall near. Beds are comfortable, our kids loved the toys, Everything was simply perfect. Recommend 1000%

  The apartments are located in a good area near a shopping mall, 10 minutes from the center by car. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail (decor, dishes, household appliances) allowing you to feel at home.
