  Loved the location of the property, we liked the furnishings as well in the apartment. Very big bathroom was also super nice

  What could be improved: The air conditioner didn’t work properly. Is hotter inside than outside. I wrote the host and didn’t answer. She just contacted me for the check out. Really bad service. Don’t rent this property.

  If the air conditioning was working, and the host was better at communicating – the apartment was actually quite nice. Very clean, well located, and very cosy. But living in a furnace for three days overrode everything.
  
  What could be improved: This was one of the worst experiences with booking.com I've ever had. The air conditioning unit in the apartment didn't work. Along with cold air, it produced so much heat that the place was like a furnace. I had to turn it off. And it was 93°F / 34°C outside. The apartment is on the first floor so it's impossible to keep the windows open, because everyone can see you. I kept messaging the owner repeatedly, asking to at least have a fan and all my messages were ignored. Then I asked for a slightly later checkout and that request went unanswered as well.
