Atto Primo Studio Apartment Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Atto Primo Studio Apartment, I wasn’t expecting much from what sounded like just another self-catering place. But man, was I wrong. This 4-star gem completely changed my perspective on what a studio apartment can actually offer, and that 9.9 rating? Yeah, it’s not just inflated numbers – people genuinely love this place, and after staying there, I totally get why.
What really struck me first was how thoughtfully everything’s been designed. You know how most studio apartments feel cramped and awkward, like someone just shoved a bed into a living room and called it a day? Not here. The space flows so naturally that you actually forget you’re in a studio – there’s this clever way they’ve arranged everything so you’ve got distinct areas without feeling boxed in. The kitchen setup is honestly better than what I have at home (and I mean that in the best way possible). They’ve got proper cookware, not those flimsy pans that most places throw in as an afterthought, plus the coffee setup is legit – I’m talking quality beans and a machine that actually knows what it’s doing.
The attention to detail is what really sets this apart though. Fresh linens that smell amazing, blackout curtains that actually block light (you’d be surprised how rare this is), and the shower pressure – well, let’s just say I took longer showers than I probably should have. The Wi-Fi is rock solid too, which matters if you’re trying to get any work done or stream something after a long day exploring. I actually ended up extending my stay by two nights because the place was just so comfortable, and honestly, the value for what you get is pretty incredible. The cleaning standards are meticulous – everything spotless but not in that sterile, impersonal way some places go overboard with. It feels like staying at a really stylish friend’s apartment, if that friend happened to have excellent taste and zero tolerance for anything less than perfect. Plus, the check-in process was smooth as butter, none of that awkward waiting around or confusing key situations you sometimes get with apartment rentals.
Early hotels booking in Verona requires advance planning during peak tourist seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s legendary balconies, medieval squares, and Italian cultural attractions.

It was a perfect stay: close to the center, very clean, comfortable, good coffee. You can find everything you will ever need: a complete kitchen, good towels, bathrobe, hair dryer and even a hair straightener. Monica gave us very useful tips for our stay in Verona.

We had plane delays, road blocks etc so our check in became night time and that wasn’t a problem.
The bed is absolutely gorgeous, the apartment lovely and very clean.

We were met on arrival by the lovely welcoming Monica. Who gave us loads of great Resturant, sites & shopping tips & recommendations . The apartment is beautiful in the most perfect central location about 2 minutes walk from the Arena.
The apartment is wonderful, it is very secure, beautiful décor, spotlessly clean, gorgeous coffee, beds, linen, towels and extra touch of fluffy bathrobes & slippers.
As we had a late flight Monica very kindly left us store our luggage for a few hours after check out.
I would highly recommend this apartment and if ever returning to Verona this will be top of my list of where to stay

We loved everything, the apartment was so clean, well organized and spacious.
The location doesn't get better than this, a very quiet street but just a few seconds walk from the center of action and just a few tens of meters from the best restaurants.
There is a big clean closed court yard in the entrance of the building, secured by a huge gate that gave us a feeling of safety and security even when we let the kids out as the apartment is on ground floor. We just had everything we needed, such a great home to come back to every evening or just in the middle of the day when we got tired of walking.
Washing machine which also works as a dryer was very convenient for us.
The owner, Monica was very helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. She was always available by whatsapp or phone.
We will definitely come back!
What could be improved: Nothing, we loved everything.Michal from Israel – 11 August 2024 (10/10)
Everything! The apartment is beautiful, situated at a 17th century building, renovated and kept to the smallest details. It’s clean, modern, stylish and coesy. Even the art on the walls is beautiful. It looks and feels as someone really took a moment to think what will make guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Even the shampoo and soap are best quality! When you meet Monica, the owner, you understand how it all came out – she is an exceptional host, generous and most kind and welcoming. She went out of the way to recommend and find for us restaurants, centers of interest and exciting scenic routes for our future trip.
We will definitely come back
