The kitchen is properly equipped too – not just some token mini-fridge situation – so you can actually prepare decent meals if you’re staying for more than a night or two.

The location is what really makes this apartment special, though. You’re right in the heart of things without being on some tourist-trap street lined with souvenir shops. I could walk to several excellent local restaurants within five minutes, and there’s this little bakery just around the corner that locals actually frequent – you know it’s good when you see the same faces there every morning. Parking can be a bit tricky in the area, so I’d honestly recommend asking about that when you book, but once you’re settled in, you barely need to move your car anyway. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward key-passing or complicated instruction sheets you sometimes get with apartment rentals. What impressed me most was how the host clearly knew the neighborhood well and gave genuinely useful recommendations, not just the obvious tourist spots. For a 3-star place, the attention to detail and that killer basilica view really punch above their weight class.

  Der Eigentümer war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos, und das Öffnen des Hauptorts war ganz einfach über das Handy möglich. Die Unterkunft selbst machte einen sehr gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, wie eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche mit allen nötigen Küchenutensilien, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Außerdem gab es einen Netflix-Zugang. Das Schlafzimmer war geräumig, das Bett war okay obwohl es mehr einem Zustellbett glich. Auch beim Bad gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Lage des Appartements war ebenfalls super; überall gab es kleine Cafés und Restaurants, wo man zu einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis essen konnte. Ein weiteres Highlight ist, das man in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Innenstadt gehen und direkt vor der Arena steht. Was auch noch sehr positiv ist, dass es direkt vor dem Apartment, in der kleinen Zufahrtsstrasse, viele KOSTENLOSE Parkmöglichkeiten gibt.
  
  What could be improved: Negativ war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, wir waren Ende August wo die Temperaturen über 40 Grad sind. Sie konnte zwar reguliert werden aber so wirklich gekühlt hat sie nur dieses Zimmer, während das Bad und die Küche sehr heiß blieb. Auch das Warmwasser war anfangs ein Problem, es gab zum Duschen nur kaltes Wasser. Nach einem kurzen Anruf beim Besitzer konnte das Problem schnell gelöst werden.
