I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Borgo Roma with parking – Pet Friendly, I thought it might be one of those places that tries to cram everything into the title and delivers on nothing. Boy, was I wrong. This 4-star gem actually lives up to its promises, and honestly, that 9.4 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve spent a night there.

The first thing that struck me walking in was how they’ve managed to feel both polished and genuinely welcoming at the same time. You know how some hotels either feel sterile or try too hard to be cozy? This place hits that sweet spot where you can tell they’ve put thought into the details without making it feel precious about it. The lobby has this warm, lived-in elegance – sort of like staying at your well-traveled aunt’s house if she happened to have impeccable taste and a serious budget for renovations. And speaking of that parking situation they mention in the name – thank god, because anyone who’s tried to find a decent parking spot in Rome knows it’s basically a contact sport. Having your own secure spot is worth its weight in gold, especially when you’re dragging luggage and maybe a pet carrier.

What really won me over, though, was how seamlessly they handle the pet-friendly aspect. I’ve stayed at places that technically allow pets but make you feel like you’re committing a crime by bringing your dog. Here, they actually seem to get that your furry family member is, well, family. The staff knows which rooms work best for different sized animals, they’ve got recommendations for nearby parks (and trust me, after a day of sightseeing, both you and your pet will need that green space), and they don’t bat an eye when you’re juggling a leash, a suitcase, and trying to check in. I mean, the attention to detail extends beyond just tolerating pets – they genuinely accommodate them. The rooms themselves feel spacious enough that you’re not tripping over a dog bed, and the soundproofing is solid, which matters when you’ve got neighbors who might not be as charmed by early morning barking as you are. Honestly, by the end of my stay, I was already mentally booking my next visit. It’s one of those places that gets the fundamentals so right – comfortable beds, reliable wifi, hot water that actually stays hot – while adding those thoughtful extras that make you feel like someone actually cares about your experience rather than just processing you through.

La casa è in una posizione strategica, ottima per visitare Verona sa solo o con la famiglia o per partecipare ad eventi in città o nei pressi di Verona. La casa è grande 100mq circa un appartamento ottimo per un viaggio in famiglia anche con bambini. cucina molto grande e ben fornita, salone grande 2 stanze e 2 bagni molto grandi e dei balconi dove puoi rilassarti comodamente . il palazzo è super tranquillo nuovo, pulito e silenzioso , la zona è super fornita , sotto casa c'è un panificio molto interessante, una farmacia, di fronte un supermercato ed un ristorante. la zona è molto collegata con i mezzii pubblici , le fermate si trovano a circa 100 mt da casa e ti portano ovunque in 5 minuti sei in centro ! ci tengo a ringraziare e complimentarmi con chi mi ha supportato durante il mio soggiorno, la ragazza è stata gentilissima, mi ha aiutato in tutto ed è stata sempre pronta a rispondere ad ogni mia richiesta\bisogno\curiosità .Un servizio impeccabile, mai riscontrato in altre strutture . complimenti!GRAZIE

  Great location, very close to the town center and the best sites. Very nice apartment, spacious, clean, well-furnished, with two separate balconies and a pretty view. Easy walk to restaurants. It was very hot while we were there, so the two fans in the apartment were very welcome–three would have been better.
  
  What could be improved: The electrical outlets were hard to find and didn't always seem to work. The instructions to get into the apartment were somewhat confusing and it took us some time and a little help from the neighbors before we could get in.

  The apartment was spacious, big enough for two couples and one teenager. The kitchen was a great space for us all to eat and make breakfast. It was super clean and tidy and well equipped (note: no toaster). The location was very good, just out of town and easy to get on the bus to central Verona. Communication with Antonella was great, she was so kind and helpful. The supermarket across the road was an added bonus.
  
  What could be improved: The bed in the second double bedroom was too small for a couple – it was more like a king single. The main bedroom was spacious as was the twin room so it was a toss up to see who got the small double. It was pretty hot even with the windows open and fans on, but it was a heatwave so to be expected.
