  Easy check in and great communication from host, great facilities and coffee/tea available for free. Heat pumps in each room and black out curtains are great.
  
  What could be improved: We were two couples and it is set up with a double bed and single in one room and then a single in the other room, the single beds were also quite springy

  Everything was great. The host, Velezia, is very helpful and promptly answered to all our questions. The place was cozy, clean and well equipped, we have no complaints.

  An immaculately presented en suite room with a similarly immaculate shared kitchen/dining area. The building was easy to find, located just 20-25 min stroll from Arena di Verona and the historic centre of beautiful Verona. Restaurants about 10 min on foot. It seemed a nice neighbourhood and we paid to park on the street outside, although there was a secured car park 5 mins away on foot if preferred. Our host was a delight to deal with throughout. Friendly, helpful and very responsive to messages – it felt we gained a friend. Our stay included one of the hotest days and the air conditioning was a life saver.
  We really really loved Verona, classy, clean, beautiful, calm and romantic.
