Here’s the thing about staying at places like Casa Farinati 2 – you’re getting authentic local flavor without the tourist markup. I noticed the neighborhood has that genuine residential feel where you’ll hear families chatting on their balconies in the evening, and there are those small family-run cafés nearby where the owners remember your coffee order after two visits. The location means you’re living more like a temporary local than a tourist passing through, which I personally love. Sure, you might need to walk a bit more or figure out the local transport, but that’s half the adventure, right? Plus, the area gets properly quiet at night – no tour groups stumbling around at 2 AM. The check-in process was surprisingly smooth too, none of that awkward standing around while they hunt for your reservation. Staff spoke enough English to handle anything you’d need, but they seemed genuinely pleased when you attempted even basic Italian phrases.

  What could be improved: There is not much hot water (the apartment would fit 8 people but just 3 can have a short shower) and it is just posto park one car

  What could be improved: I need to make a repair shower to take a bath. We went with 2 cars and it is expensive to have the seconds one on a private place www.sabait.it . This is a reality of the region.

  Very large opened space in one level. Good location, close to supermarket and lot of pizzeria. Still quite short distance to main attractions like arena, Giulietta house etc.
  
  What could be improved: Apartment is located on 4th floor (even if the elevator is available). One bathroom (without lock), kitchen with gas oven but without kettle. Parking place is in 400 meters from apartment, which is not convenient when there is a lot of luggage to carey.

  Nice, clean and quiet location. Bus stop a few meters from the accommodation. Bus accessibility perfect. A few meters from the accommodation there is a grocery store, a tobacconist and a pastry shop. To the center of Verona 20 min. walk. Good and trouble-free communication with the owner of the apartment. He answers questions very quickly. Accommodation clean. A perfect choice for us.
