  The apartment is very new and clean. It’s very close to the arena and most of the attractions are in walking distance. There is also a luggage storage not so far away. Nicola is very responsive and supportive during our stay.

  The location is fantastic- a step away from the Arena, but on a quiet street.
  The studio is in an old building but freshly renovated, so has a nice character.
  
  What could be improved: People with restricted mobility should be conscious that it takes several flights of stairs to get into the apartment.

  Monolocale in centro, padrone di casa disponibile, ovviamente periodo Vinitaly i prezzi salgono , però a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro. Consigliato!!
