They’ll actually sit down with you over coffee (proper coffee, not the watery stuff some places serve) and sketch out walking routes on napkins, pointing out little spots that aren’t in any guidebook. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable – nothing fancy, but everything works, and honestly, after a long day of exploring, that’s what matters. The Wi-Fi is solid, which I always worry about at smaller places, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable for a 3-star property. I did notice some street noise in the morning, but it’s the kind of authentic neighborhood sounds that actually made me feel more connected to the place rather than isolated from it.   Excellent location, walking distance to San Zeno square with multiple amazing restaurants. Quiet area not inundated by tourists like near the
  Arena. Very friendly staff in the cafe a few doors down the street for morning espresso. Apartment was clean and comfortable and met all our needs. We were met by a lovely host for check in which was seamless. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and drinking the wine that you could purchase from the property. Wifi accessible and fast. We would stay here again.

  Comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Extremely helpful host. Temperature outside of 35C made the air-conditioning a godsend. Very close to an excellent small supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants. Quiet at night.

  This little apartment was perfect…everything you need!
  
  Located 10 minutes walk to Castelvecchio and 15 minutes walk to Piazza Bra and the Arena.
  
  It was clean and well equiped .. we really enjoyed our 5 night stay in Verona.

  What could be improved: Shower glass door not easy to close. The living room is a little dark. Its not easy to carry luggage to the property but it's ok if you drive. Two nights stay have other tourists noisy voice around 12am from upstairs

  We had a warm welcome by the host, who has been very friendly. The appartment is amazing and has everything what you need. It is located in a quiet area, close to many restaurants and to the river. We really loved to stay here and would definitely come back!

  A comfortable and authentic Italian apartment in a great neighborhood for exploring the city.
  Cute balcony overlooking rooftops. Washing machine and drying rack were very convenient after not being able to wash clothes after two weeks of travelling 🙂

  If I will go again in Verona, I will definitely choose this place. Big comfort apartment with balcony, full equipped kitchen, air conditioning. Location is perfect, it's not in loud Verona center, but it's 10 min walk from it. On the street is supermarket, next to the street is nice area near river. Host was nice and open to my special requests. You are almost one in a building where apartments are located. Everything what needed is available.
