  Appartamento eccellente, nuovissimo, arredato con gusto, comodo e funzionale, pulito e tranquillo. Per 2 persone è eccezionale. Noi eravamo in 3 ed il letto in più era ricavato nel divano-letto matrimoniale della zona living. Questo restringeva un pochino lo spazio di questo locale, ma era comunque molto vivibile. Bagno ampio. Aria condizionata molto efficiente in entrambi gli ambienti. Nessun problema a ricevere le chiavi, grazie alla disponibilità e cortesia dei ragazzi. La zona è tranquilla, a circa 5 minuti dall'Arena, servita da negozi (raccomandiamo la gastronomia a 2 passi) e mezzi pubblici a 3 minuti. C'è anche un piccolo terrazzino, comodo quando non c'è il sole a picco (durante il nostro soggiorno temperature sopra i 30°). Disponibili: forno convenzionale, fornelli, stoviglie e piatti, lavatrice, asciugacapelli, tv e wi-fi; comodi gli avvolgibili elettriche e la piccola ma funzionale cabina armadio. Ascensore al piano.

  작지만, 엘리베이터 있어서 캐리어 갖고 올라가기 쉬움~!!
  도착했을 때 전화하니, 바로 와 주셨고~
  열쇠 여는 방법 몰라서 메세지 보내니, 5분만이 와 주심~!!
  조용해서 잠이 정말 잘 오고~!!
  수압이 폭포수처럼 엄청 강력함~!!
  웬만한 주방기구 다 있고, 헤어드라이기도 빵빵~!!
  세면용품은 따로 챙겨가는 것을 추천~!!
  
  What could be improved: 건물 입구, 복도 입구, 방 입구 총 3번의 열쇠 사용이 필요한데, 복도 입구와 방 입구 열쇠는 좀 독특해서 호스트가 체크인 할 때 시범을 보여주는 게 좋을 것 같아요.
  익숙하지 않은 열쇠여서 좀 당황했지만, 메세지로 문의하니, 5분만에 오셔서 직접 보여주셨어요.
  제가 익숙하지 않은 거라 그게 사실 단점이라고 할 순 없어요.

  Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Es gibt auch Parkplätze gleich nebenan (kostenpflichtig 08:00-20:00), schöne kleine Bars für ein gemütliches Frühstück.
  
  What could be improved: Die Eingangstür in das Apartment soll etwas repariert werden. Die Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption hat das selbst bei der Schlülsselübergabe gesehen und für sich notiert.

  The apartment was very clean. It is in a good location, in easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and attractions.
  
  The bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice (although remember to turn the boiler on, otherwise you will have a cold shower).
  
  The host communicated well via watsapp. We were able to check in late using a key safe.
  
  What could be improved: Finding the keys and apartment was easy. It was a little bit complicated finding the door on the first floor, as there was no clear sign of which brown door we were supposed to use. That key was also not easy to use to begin with, so you can easily think the correct door is incorrect.
