Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re literally in the heart of everything, but somehow it feels peaceful. I mean, Juliet’s balcony is maybe a three-minute walk, and you can reach Piazza delle Erbe in about the same time. But because you’re on this little side street, you don’t get the constant buzz of tour groups marching past your window. The couples who stay here clearly get it — there’s something romantic about having your own quiet corner while being steps away from all the main sights. You can actually slip out for an early morning espresso before the crowds arrive, which is pretty magical.

What struck me most was how these aren’t just hotel rooms with a kitchenette thrown in — they’re actual living spaces. The apartment I stayed in had this wonderful mix of modern comfort and Italian character. High ceilings, original details, but also a proper kitchen where you could actually cook if you wanted to. There’s good natural light (crucial in these historic buildings), and the apartment layouts make sense for longer stays.

One thing you notice staying here is how you start to feel the real rhythm of Verona. In the morning, you hear the shopkeepers opening up, the gentle clatter of delivery trucks on cobblestones. By evening, the street gets this lovely golden light that makes you want to grab a bottle of wine and just sit by the window. The area around Santissimi Apostoli church has this authentic neighborhood feel — there’s a little restaurant around the corner that locals actually go to, not just tourists. You start recognizing faces, which doesn’t happen when you’re staying near the arena.

  Struttura molto spaziosa con due grandi camere da letto un bagno piccolo di servizio e uno più grande con una doccia immensa.

  Federico was alway responsive to our emails and helpful. Location and value are perfect. Huge bathroom for the area.

  Location excellent. The house is next to a church, in the old town. Communication was very good. The apartment is quite bigm it was warm inside upon arrival (it was 3C outside when we arrived). We enjoyed the coffee.

  The proximity to the centre and the cleanliness. The small touches of thoughtfulness coffee machine, water, small bottle of wine.
  
  What could be improved: It was very bare and needed some pictures on the walls to warm it up. The overwhelming smell of air cleaning products made it impossible to breathe well and the sofa bedsheet was damp due to a disinfectant sprayed on it.

  Perfect central location 5 mins from the Arena, 5 mins from busses, yet really quiet and peaceful. Federico was a super host, gave perfect directions and simplified everything.
  Apartment is spacious spotless and super comfortable with everything one needs. Washing machine, detergent, iron etc etc. Loved the complimentary coffee capsules and chilled water. Many thanks Federico
