They’ll point you toward the little coffee spot that locals actually use (not just the touristy one around the corner) and give you those insider tips about timing your visits to avoid crowds. The rooms have this lived-in elegance that’s hard to fake – quality linens that actually stay put, bathroom fixtures that work the way they should, and windows that open properly if you’re like me and prefer fresh air to constant AC.

What really sold me, though, was how the place handles the details that other hotels somehow mess up. Check-in was smooth without being robotic, the Wi-Fi actually works in every corner (I tested it because I’m paranoid about these things), and honestly, the sound insulation is impressive considering you’re right in the heart of everything. I could hear just enough street life to feel connected to the city but never enough to keep me awake. The 9.3 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but everything they do, they do really well. If you’re looking for a place where you can settle in and use it as a proper home base rather than just somewhere to crash, this is exactly that kind of spot.

  The apartment is beautiful and its location is just perfect (7-10 minutes walk to Arena di Verona). It has everything you need and more. The apartment was spacious, clean and beds comfortable.

  The apartment is very beautiful, clean and with everything needed! You feel relaxed and like home!
  It is also located in a very good area near the city center. Just 100 meter from the property you can find a very good supermarket with everything needed.

  Great location, all major attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. There’s a lot of restaurants and shops near the apartment. Lots of parking within the vicinity of the property. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. Had such a wonderful stay here.

  The location is very good, the apartement is big and clean.
  
  What could be improved: The wifi didn’t worked at all. The owner was not responsive enough. The double bed in one of the rooms was not realy a double but a single that opened the frame extended beyond the matress and was uncomfortable.

  The apartment was well equioed, especially the kitchen equipments. It is clean and well decorated. Located in a quiet street with walking distance to the city centre.
  
  What could be improved: At first we had difficulty turning on the gas stove and the oven, but later they worked. It would be better if clear instructions on how to use the equipments were given.
  Paying for parking the car outside is also tricky. We have to ask the pedestrians for help.
