The rooms themselves are smartly designed – not huge, but everything has its place, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. I’m pretty picky about pillows, and theirs hit that sweet spot between firm and soft that had me sleeping better than I do at home.

The bathroom toiletries don’t smell like generic hotel soap, the WiFi works everywhere (and I mean everywhere – even tested it in the elevator), and they’ve got this great little coffee setup in the lobby that’s available 24/7. I spent a few early mornings there just watching the neighborhood wake up, and it felt genuinely peaceful. The neighborhood itself has this authentic feel – you’re not stuck in some tourist bubble, but you’re also not wandering around wondering where to grab a decent meal. Check-in was smooth, parking was straightforward, and honestly, the only minor thing I’d mention is that the walls could be a tiny bit thicker – you might hear your neighbors if they’re having a particularly animated phone call, but it’s nothing that ruins the experience. For the price point and the overall quality, Everywhere Fralillo delivers exactly what you want from a solid hotel stay without any of the pretension or inflated costs you get at fancier places.

  Nice apartment in a building. With a equipped kitchen and close to the center. It was a great value the money considering the location and the garage.

  What could be improved: They charged city tax for my kids under 5 years old but it was due to booking.com’s system. I am pleased that they agreed to refund it as soon as we found out about it.

  What could be improved: To be pre warned that it is like a suicide mission to park in the carpark for a medium sized car. I am surprised we didn't scratch or scrape the mirrors off.

  Really nice apartment, would be nice to stay for longer as we felt as at home. There is board games.
