The whole setup feels more like you’re crashing at a friend’s incredibly well-appointed apartment than staying at a typical hotel. There’s this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake, you know? The kind of place where everything actually works the way it’s supposed to, and you’re not constantly fighting with the coffee maker or wondering why the shower has three different temperature settings but only one that doesn’t scald you. I actually found myself making notes about little touches I wanted to steal for my own place – like how they’ve arranged the lighting so you never feel like you’re in a sterile hotel room, even though everything is spotlessly maintained.

What really sold me, though, was how the staff seems to genuinely care about whether you’re having a good time. Not in that over-the-top, scripted hospitality way that makes you uncomfortable, but more like… well, like they actually want to help. I had this random question about local transportation (because let’s be honest, getting around unfamiliar cities is always a bit of a puzzle), and instead of just handing me a generic brochure, someone sat down and sketched out the actual best route, including which stops to avoid during rush hour. That’s the kind of local insight you usually only get from friends who live there. The whole experience reminded me why I prefer these smaller, more personal places over those massive chain hotels where you’re just another room number. Sure, you might not get a chocolate on your pillow every night, but you’ll definitely get something better – that feeling like someone actually cares whether your trip goes well or not.

  The hosts were amazing, supe helpful in all aspects and couldn’t do enough for us.
  The apartment was amazing, large and extremely well equipped with all that you would need.
  Any question or help they were there for you. Perfect location to visit Verona 10/10
  
  What could be improved: It was easy to collect the keys due to the fact that we had reserved a taxi to pick us up from the airport who had been given the keys.
  Otherwise, having paid for the reservation I was advised that I would have to pick up the keys at another location further away. Had I known this to be the case, I perhaps would have thought twice about booking and may have opted for something else.

  Ein schönes schmuckes Apartement an Traumlage, ganz in der Nähe der Arena. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu erreichen.
  Apartment war sauber und schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Abwicklung war sehr einfach und freundlich.
  Komme sehr gerne wieder.
  Was man berücksichtigen muss ist, wer mit dem Auto geht, parkiert ausserhalb der Altstadt. Genug Zeit einberechnen.
