I mean, with a 9.0 rating and four stars, I was expecting something decent, but honestly – this place exceeded what I thought I’d get from an apartment rental service. The whole setup is pretty clever, actually. Instead of cramming everyone into tiny hotel rooms, they’ve got these properly sized flats that give you room to breathe and actually live a bit while you’re traveling.

The space itself has this lived-in quality that I really appreciate – not sterile like some boutique hotels, but not messy either. It’s sort of like staying at a friend’s place who has their life together, you know? The kitchen actually works (I can’t tell you how many “kitchenettes” I’ve encountered that are basically decoration), and there’s enough counter space to spread out if you want to grab groceries and cook something real. The bathroom situation is solid too – good water pressure, which honestly makes or breaks a stay for me. I noticed they’ve put thought into the little things that matter when you’re settling in somewhere for more than just a night or two. Proper hangers in the closet, decent WiFi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and outlets where you actually need them.

What really sells this place, though, is how it strikes that balance between giving you independence and still feeling taken care of. The check-in process was smoother than most hotels I’ve dealt with – no waiting around in lobbies or dealing with key cards that stop working every other day. It’s the kind of setup that works whether you’re on a business trip and need to spread out some work, or you’re traveling with family and want everyone to have space without breaking the bank on multiple hotel rooms. The whole vibe is just… comfortable, I guess? Like you can actually relax instead of feeling like you’re camping out in someone else’s space. That 9.0 rating isn’t just numbers – you can feel why people keep coming back to this place.

  Очень чистая, уютная, современная квартира со свежим ремонтом. Удобные кровати. Отличный душ. В кухне было все необходимое. Бесплатная парковка под окнами + нам дали сити-пасс для парковки. До центра города можно дойти за 15-20 минут. Рядом супермаркет, недалеко есть кафе и бары. Четкие инструкции, как попасть в квартиру.
  
  What could be improved: Нет балкона и окна выходят на шумную улицу – всю ночь шумит транспорт. Прямо под окнами автобусная остановка. При закрытых окнах шума не слышно, но тогда нужно включать кондиционер (мы отдыхали летом). Второй блок кондиционера стоит в кухне-гостиной и он тоже очень шумный. Если вы отдыхаете вдвоем, то это не будет проблемой. Но если предполагается, что в гостиной будет спать человек, чувствительный к шуму, у него будут сложности. У нас в этой комнате спали дети, им было нормально. Учитывайте эту особенность.
