I’ll be honest, when I first heard about Flats4Rent Green Valley, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star apartment-style place. But you know what? Sometimes the best travel experiences come from those spots that don’t try too hard to impress you upfront. This place actually surprised me in the best way possible.

What struck me right away was how the whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s place than some sterile hotel room. The apartments have that lived-in comfort that makes you want to kick off your shoes and actually relax – and I mean really relax, not that fake hotel lobby kind of relaxation. The kitchenettes are properly equipped too, which honestly saved me a fortune on dining out (though I’m the type who gets excited about making coffee in my own space when traveling). The Green Valley location gives you this nice balance where you’re not stuck in the middle of tourist chaos, but you’re not completely cut off from civilization either. I found myself walking around the neighborhood in the evenings, and it’s got that authentic local vibe where you see families out with their kids and people just going about their normal lives.

The 8.6 rating makes total sense once you spend a night or two there. It’s not trying to be fancy – there’s no marble lobby or guys in uniforms opening doors for you – but everything just works the way it should. The Wi-Fi actually functions properly (crucial for me since I was working remotely for part of my stay), the water pressure is decent, and the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night. I appreciated that the staff seemed to know what they were doing without being overly chatty or invasive. Check-in was straightforward, and when I had a minor issue with the air conditioning, they sorted it out quickly without making it feel like a big production. The parking situation is pretty manageable too, which – let’s face it – can make or break a place depending on where you are. What I really loved was having space to spread out my stuff without feeling cramped, and the little touches like having proper hangers in the closet and enough outlets for all my devices. It’s those small things that tell you someone actually thought about what travelers need instead of just checking boxes on some corporate checklist.

  Alojamiento completísimo,limpio y bien ubicado tanto para acceder al casco antiguo como para ir a la estación de trenes.
  Amplio y bien iluminado.Calefaccion y agua caliente de 10.
  Cocina con todo lo necesario y elementos de limpieza.
  Más que ideal para dos personas.
  Por comentar algo y con ánimo de critica constructiva,lo que menos me ha gustado es la especie de "gincana" que hay que hacer para coger llaves e ingresar al apto.
  Tal vez,sería más fácil recoger la llave y que faciliten la dirección completa.
  Al recoger las llaves había un sobre con una serie de pasos a seguir para dar con la puerta.
  Cuando sería más fácil poner dirección portal,piso y puerta.

  There were no toaster, no coffee machine, no cutting board, no black pepper. The kitchen was very poorly equipped for cooking, I expected more.

  The location between the station and Centro was good.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen was missing some cutlery, did not have a microwave as advertised, and cutlery from the dishwasher was not clean.
