The studio setup is actually pretty clever – they’ve maximized every inch without making it feel cramped, which is honestly an art form. I found myself appreciating little details that you might miss at first glance: the way the light hits the room in the afternoon, how quiet it gets despite being in what feels like a bustling area. The whole vibe is sort of like staying at a friend’s really well-designed apartment, if that friend happened to have excellent taste and actually knew how to make guests comfortable. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no endless paperwork or upselling, just genuine helpfulness that felt authentic rather than scripted.

Here’s the thing about places like this – they tend to attract travelers who value character over corporate polish, and you can feel that energy. I mean, with an 8.8 rating, clearly other people are picking up on whatever magic is happening here. The attention to detail shows in ways that matter: decent water pressure, actually comfortable bedding, and that rare combination of being spotless without feeling sterile. I particularly loved how everything felt purposeful rather than just thrown together to fill space. If you’re the type of person who gets excited about discovering hidden gems rather than booking the obvious choice, this place will definitely speak to you. It’s got that special quality where you end up telling people about it months later, not because it was the fanciest place you’ve ever stayed, but because it just got everything right in a way that felt effortless.

  Tudo excelente! O apartamento é uma graça, a localização é espetacular, do lado da Arena, e a Sara é uma fofa, super atenciosa.

  Abbiamo alloggiato presso questo appartamento dal 30 dicembre al 2 gennaio, nonostante fosse periodo di festa e la vicinanza all'arena non c'era molto casino.
  Appartamento piano terra, molto accogliente. Zona giorno e camera da letto molto spaziosi.
  Cucina anche se molto piccola aveva tutto quello che serviva(lavandino, piano cottura e frigo) .
  Proprietaria molto disponibile a cercare di soddisfare la nostra richiesta di lasciare i bagagli prima dell'orario del check in e dopo l'orario di check out.
  Essendo piano terra, la luce non è molta ma con la luce artificiale era ben illuminata.
  Zona veramente ottima, a due passi all'arena e una ventina di minuti di camminata dalla stazione.

  Walking distance to everywhere. Very close to main attractions and very good restaurants within walking distance.. the apartment is very comfortable and clean.. very easy to find and the host met us outside which was great and provided useful information about the area.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment's location is very central and there are lots of restaurants and bars around which means noisy evenings until early morning. The street was noisy every evening we were there.. would have helped having double glazing windows maybe.. the other little thing that was bothersome for us was no microwave and nowhere to plug the kettle in the kitchen.. these are little things that many families would find useful especially a microwave.
