  Ideally located apartment: in the center but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood. The building has an elevator (the apartment is on the second floor of a townhouse). Clean and spacious bathroom, large bedroom with king size bed. All of Verona's attractions accessible by walking distance.

  What could be improved: Very difficult contact upon arrival. Difficult to find. No signage. Be cautious with this booking. Seeing the photos we thought we booked the one with kitchen and washing machine. The room was newly done small and no facilities for even making a cup of tea. We explained this to the contact person. Not much help in response.

  Great location, near to the center. No parking problem ( 1 eur per hour ). Comfortable and big bad. Recomended.

  Great location super close to the arena with lots of space.
  
  What could be improved: Check in was a mess. The host couldn’t open the door remotely and then we’re told to continually go to the wrong door after she could open it. The host stopped responding to us as soon as we got into the apartment. We asked for extended check out, check out instructions and where to leave the keys over a 10 hour period and never got a response. Lastly the place needs to be better cleaned. There were clumps of hair in the house, stains on the walls, the shower tiles had mold. The remote didn’t work to turn off the ac in the bedroom.
