The bathrooms are surprisingly well-appointed for a four-star, with good water pressure and those little touches like quality toiletries that make you feel like someone paid attention to details. I mean, the décor isn’t going to win any design awards, but it’s tasteful and calming, which honestly matters more when you’re trying to unwind after a long day of exploring.

What really sets this place apart is the kind of quiet professionalism you don’t find everywhere – housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive, breakfast service runs smoothly even when busy, and the front desk staff actually offer useful local recommendations rather than just handing you a generic tourist map. The 8.2 rating makes perfect sense to me because this isn’t about flashy amenities or Instagram-worthy spaces; it’s about doing the fundamentals really well. Sure, you might find slightly more modern fixtures elsewhere, but there’s something to be said for a hotel that focuses on making sure you sleep well, eat well, and feel genuinely welcomed. I’d definitely stay here again, particularly because it strikes that sweet spot between comfort and value that’s getting harder to find these days.

  Room was lovely and staff were excellent. Very easy to get the bus to the hotel from the station.
  It’s about 20-25 minute walk from the centre of Verona but the walk is pleasant. Breakfast very nice! Thank you!

  They upgraded our room because it was our anniversary! Staf was really helpful, the room was all clean. The bed was huge! Bathroom was perfectly clean, everything was ready even gilet, sewing kit.

  Very big and confortable room. Looks like the hotel was renovated recently. Available parking in front. Easy to find.
  
  What could be improved: The gentleman on the reception was not in the best mood last night. Should be more professional and friendly. But everyone can have a bad day. So nothing major.
