Juliet’s balcony is maybe a three-minute walk, and you can reach Piazza delle Erbe in about the same time. What I really appreciated was being able to duck back to the hotel between sightseeing without it feeling like a major expedition. Plus, they have private parking, which — trust me — is worth its weight in gold when you’re dealing with Verona’s medieval street layout.

  Central location, the appartment was spacious and well equipped, the breakfast was nice but what really set the place apart is how helpful the staff is. I had a problem with a missing piece of luggage and the airline put me through so much to get it back but i felt the staff were always there to assist and support me through every step.

  The breakfast is amazing and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is a bonus if you can get a table. The room was clean and comfortable if you don't mind cozying up.
  
  What could be improved: The room was quite small, though not as small as it looks on the website. This was okay for two sisters that get along and would be fine for a couple. The only place to sit was on the bed. We did ask when we arrived if we could move to a twin but there was no option to do this.

  First of the location of the hotel is perfect and easy to find. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very stylish, cozy and it had everything it needed, even more. The terrace was nice, breakfast the best I had in this stay (within 3 hotels). The room was heated well, the bed and pillows were really comfortable and there were no noise or other issues. I would come back again.
