  What could be improved: If there is one thing, then the window is to the courtyard and can look straight into the room, so had the keep the curtains closed all the time.

  I wish I could give a higher score for the host Leila.
  We stupidly locked ourselves out of the room and it was late. Luckily we could contact Leila and she has thought of everything in the event of things going wrong for guests a quick call and she had us back in the room in minutes.
  Also arranged taxi to airport for us as we couldn't get one.
  Bus station is 10 minutes walk also.
  The room was beyond my expectations spotless, modern, the most comfiest bed in all our stays in Italy, amazing shower and bath, spacious, great air con, I could go on and on. All I'll say is don't hesitate to book you will love it! When I revisit this will 100% be my 1st choice.

  Very modern and spacious apartment-style room. Super close to the main part of Verona. Quiet, clean and convenient. Clear and simple instructions for check in.
  
  What could be improved: Would have loved more shower gel… a large soap dispenser would be good. The air con was very cold overnight, but we couldn't open the window for security reasons (being on the ground floor). So the apartment was hot overnight without the air con on.

  The location was perfect and the room itself was really clean and had everything you need.
  
  What could be improved: – The WiFi wasn't working at the beginning, the instructions didn't help either. But the host helped us out the next day.
  – the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't that good and the room itself has only one window Wich goes out to the Courtyard so the room was a bit moisty.
  – we only had contact with the staff (or host?) over WhatsApp and without any names, which was a bit odd because you never knew with whom who were talking.
