  I loved the place, it was my first time in Italy and i love the building. The staff where always very helpful and everything was so easy. They also recommended me some very good restaurants!
  
  What could be improved: I loved everything. Although, the kitchen had the instructions for a coffee machine that wasn't there and i had never used an expresso machine before. But to be honest, that was not a big deal, it was more me not knowing.
