First Impressions

  Good location, 10 minute walk to the main square/arena. Lovely room with complimentary biscuits and wine! Very helpful hosts who contacted us prior on how to access the apartment and gave us good recommendations for things to do/places to eat. Very clean room and bathroom. Would stay again when we visit in the future.

  The location is great, the room is very comfortable with the coffee maker, tea pot, dishes, even a portable stove.

  Property is quietly situated and a great cafe serves excellent food at entrance to apartments.
  Everything you needed in the apartment and the host was very attentive but not intrusive.
  Little extras were provided in wine, biscuits and a proper coffee machine which was a lovely surprise.
  The room is large and airy and welcoming.
  
  What could be improved: Personally, I would have preferred plain sheets and matching pillow cases with a little better quality towels. Although, all were clean and adequate.

  We stayed just for one night in Verona and were welcomed very kindly from Angela and Irene. Although the check-in was after our arrival, we could already leave our bags in the appartment. Both Angela and Irene are very helpful. The communication works very well and in case of question both are available. The room with a key to lock is in an appartment and you feel a bit like at home. On top of that, we received a bottle of wine and there were also tea and coffee options, with snacks. 🙂

  The manager, Irene, went above and beyond to make sure my elderly mother and I were getting along ok.
  
  What could be improved: THE PARKING sucked!! I had an 82 year old person who can’t walk very far and I had to park 6 blocks away from the apartment room.

  What could be improved: Pillows were not great and would have liked two pillows. Entry area and a second bedroom was shared which we were not aware of till we heard someone else in the apartment.
