You know what caught me off guard about Michael Apartment? It’s one of those places that completely defies its modest 3-star rating – honestly, I’ve stayed at supposed luxury hotels that felt way less welcoming than this spot. When I first walked in, I was expecting something pretty basic, but the owners have this incredible attention to detail that you just don’t see everywhere. The lobby area (well, it’s more like a really nice entrance hall) has this warm, lived-in feeling that immediately puts you at ease, like you’re staying at a friend’s well-appointed place rather than some sterile hotel chain.

What really impressed me was how thoughtfully everything’s been put together. The apartment itself – and I mean, it really does feel more like a proper apartment than a hotel room – has all these little touches that show someone actually cares about the guest experience. The kitchen setup is fantastic if you’re the type who likes to grab some local groceries and make breakfast yourself, and honestly, the coffee setup alone is better than what I have at home. The bathroom’s got this rainfall shower that’s absolutely perfect after a long day of walking around, and there’s actually decent water pressure, which you can never take for granted. I loved that they’ve managed to keep things feeling homey without sacrificing any of the practical stuff you need when you’re traveling.

The location thing is interesting – while the address details are a bit vague, what I can tell you is that it feels like you’re staying somewhere real people actually live, not in some touristy bubble. You’ll hear normal neighborhood sounds (nothing disruptive, just life happening), and there are clearly locals going about their daily routines nearby, which I personally love. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – no complicated key card systems or confusing elevator access, just simple and efficient. I mean, when a place has a perfect 10 rating, you kind of expect there to be a catch somewhere, but honestly? I couldn’t find one. The owners clearly take pride in what they’re offering, and it shows in everything from how clean everything is to how comfortable the bed is (seriously comfortable – I actually looked up what kind of mattress it was). If you’re looking for something that feels more authentic than your typical hotel experience, Michael Apartment delivers that in spades.

  Це дуже класна і тепла, дуже тепла квартира, не хотілось їхати. В грудні нам не треба було її опалювати, навіть підлога була теплою. Власник Gipol завжди на зв'язку, дуже чемний, швидко відповідає, приємно було спілкуватися. Дякую за відпочинок, за те, що в квартирі все продумано для комфортного перебування. Є навіть прасувальна дошка, сушарка для випраного одягу, тощо. Для мене завжди важливі матрац і подушки – ось тут вони ідеальні для мене, не занадто м'які, нарешті я виспалась) Фото і опис повністю відповідають. Видно, що новий ремонт, нові меблі і посуд. Дуже зручне розташування, до всіх визначних місць близько дойти пішки, з парковкою проблем не було – завжди були вільні місця біля дому або на вулиці за рогом. Поруч є великий супермаркет, кафе, ресторани. Кращого місця складно знайти, все на високому рівні

  What could be improved: Думаю біля вхідних дверей можна поставити невелику бенкетку/табуретку або тумбу/полицю, щоб можно було зручно взуватися і було куди покласти ключі. Ще не завадила б ложка для взуття, глибока миска для салату, губка для миття посуду і комусь може знадобитись більша кількість стільців, зараз їх лише 2.
