You know what really caught me off guard about Noflik? I mean, with a name like that, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect when I first pulled up – but this 4-star gem absolutely delivered in ways I didn’t see coming. The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually thought about how spaces should feel, not just look. The lighting hits just right (none of that harsh hotel fluorescent nonsense), and I swear the front desk staff seemed genuinely happy to see guests arrive, which – let’s be real – isn’t always a given these days.

What really impressed me, though, was how they’ve nailed all those little details that most places overlook. The soundproofing is actually solid (I’m talking about being able to sleep through whatever’s happening in the hallway), and honestly, that alone puts them ahead of half the hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms have this comfortable, lived-in quality without feeling worn down – sort of like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place who happens to have excellent taste. I particularly loved how they’ve set up the workspace areas; there’s proper lighting and enough outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your devices. Small thing, maybe, but it shows they get how people actually travel now.

The whole operation runs smoothly too, which you don’t always find even at higher-rated places. Check-in was quick without feeling rushed, and the staff clearly knows their stuff – they could answer questions about the area without that deer-in-headlights look you sometimes get. I mean, with a 9.5 rating, you’d hope for that level of service, but they’ve actually earned it. The breakfast setup (assuming you’re not rushing out early) strikes that perfect balance between variety and quality – nothing fancy, just really well-executed basics that actually taste like food, not hotel food. And here’s something I appreciated: they seem to understand that not everyone operates on the same schedule, so there’s flexibility built into how they handle requests and timing. It’s one of those places where you can tell they’ve been paying attention to what actually makes guests comfortable, rather than just checking boxes on some corporate hospitality manual.

  Arianna was excellent in every way. The system there really works well. It was a very attractive and comfortable apartment, and extremely well equipped. We are happy to walk distances but feel that some information on transport might be useful for non-walkers.

  The apartment was fabulous. Clean, comfy, with everything we needed, lovely and warm and short walks to bus for Lake Garda and to the old town of Verona with its restaurants and shops. Arianna answered all our questions very quickly.

  The apartment was very comfortable and our host Arianna was extremely helpful.
  Piazza Brà is very close and walking from the Arena after the Opera performance we felt safe as there were lots of other people walking along the streets too.

  Ideal apartment for two couples, beautifully furnished and fully equipped. We believe it has a great location, slightly removed from the busiest areas of town yet still within a comfortable walking distance to the Arena and Piazza Erbe. Communication about check-in and check-out was very smooth.
