  The house heating was perfect. The location was good.
  
  What could be improved: The hot water for shower was not fair enough for two people consecutively.
  The dishwasher was full and dirty, with a bad smell. They took care of it upon our claim!

  Everything was perfect, including the nice decoration of the appartment, the separation between the bedroom and the rest of the appartment and amenities like coffee, tea and cookies. The location is quiet, but within minutes from a local supermarket and good restaurants. The city center is less than 10 minutes away.
  
  What could be improved: The only – minor – nuisances were the fact that we had received the wrong code for collecting our keys and the username and password for the wrong WiFi network. But these technical problems were solved very quickly and smoothly by our landlady.
