Check-in was smooth, and the staff clearly knows the neighborhood well – they gave me restaurant recommendations that were spot-on and helped me figure out the best walking routes to the main sights. If you’re looking for something with real personality rather than generic hotel comfort, and you don’t mind navigating a few stairs (comes with the territory), this little place captures that romantic Verona atmosphere better than most places twice the price.

  Charming and full of character this is a beautiful home with everything you need to spend from a few days to a full month or more. The host was fantastic and we’ve been grateful for his hospitality and going the extra mile to make us feel relaxed and be in good spirits. Shower great, and view from the couple of windows in the lounge and kitchen was excellent.
  
  What could be improved: The bed is quite hard, which is absolutely fine for those who might be used to it, I’d recommend a topper. Mind the mosquitoes..! Expect them to be around in May, so best to keep the windows shut.

  The host was very friendly and reacted quickly to all questions. Overall, we felt very comfortable in the individually furnished apartment. The bathroom has a modern design and is directly accessible from the bedroom. The apartment is located on the top floor, access is via some stairs. The location on the Ponte Pietra and on the ramp to Castel San Pietro is excellent. A superb ice cream parlor is right next door as well :).

  L'appartamento è molto bello, confortevole, spazioso e silenzioso, e si trova letteralmente a un passo dal centro storico. Consigliatissimo!
