Sometimes the best surprises come in unassuming packages, and this little gem actually exceeded my expectations in ways that really matter when you’re traveling.

The suites themselves are what sold me on this place. I mean, we’re not talking about massive spaces here, but they’re thoughtfully laid out with proper separation between the sleeping area and a little living space – something you don’t always get even at pricier hotels. The kitchenette was actually functional (not just for show), which saved me a fortune on breakfast and late-night snacks. Honestly, after staying in too many cramped hotel rooms where you’re practically sleeping on top of your suitcase, having that extra breathing room felt like a luxury. The Wi-Fi was solid throughout my stay, and the air conditioning worked without sounding like a freight train – small mercies that frequent travelers learn to appreciate.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail from the staff. Check-in was smooth, no waiting around, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had what I needed. The housekeeping team did their job well without being intrusive, and I noticed they actually restocked the coffee pods daily (again, little things that matter). The building itself has this quiet, residential feel to it – I was worried about street noise, but even with windows open at night, it stayed surprisingly peaceful. That 8.4 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve spent a few nights there. It’s not trying to be flashy or impress you with marble lobbies, but it delivers on the fundamentals: clean, comfortable, well-managed, and priced fairly for what you get. If you’re the type of traveler who values substance over style and wants a place where you can actually relax rather than just crash, this is worth considering.

  Newly renovated room just 5 minutes walk from the train station. Some reviewers complained that it's difficult to find the location and get access to the building, but the directions were very clear and I had no problems finding the building and getting in.

  The location is very good. We were traveling to Garda lake, so it's very convenient living near the railway station.

  Best thing about this property is his location super closed to the train station. When you are travelling with luggage, you can’t risk overrolling rocky paths. The property is 5 mins away from station’s gate and just 15mins from city central. The room is clean and tidy with lift to facilitate. Check in is easy. Enrico is kind and flexible. Most of all he is fast in response with prompt answers to your queries. He is also flexible to details despite standard of general rooms. The shower room is very clean and new. Highly recommended.
