I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Residenza Bra Apartment, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the name alone. But after staying there, I can tell you this 4-star gem absolutely deserves its impressive 9.3 rating. There’s something refreshingly authentic about this place that you just don’t find in cookie-cutter hotels.

What really struck me about this residenza is how it manages to feel both elegant and lived-in at the same time. The apartment-style setup gives you actual space to breathe – I mean, you can actually unpack your stuff and spread out, which is such a relief after cramming everything into tiny hotel rooms elsewhere. The furnishings have that perfect Italian touch where everything looks effortlessly stylish without trying too hard. You know what I loved? The little details like proper kitchen equipment (not just a sad mini-fridge) and windows that actually open wide enough to let in fresh air. The beds are seriously comfortable too – none of that rock-hard mattress nonsense you sometimes get in European accommodations.

The location is honestly one of those spots where you feel like you’ve discovered something the guidebooks haven’t ruined yet. You’re close enough to everything that matters without being right in the tourist chaos, if you know what I mean. Mornings here are particularly lovely – there’s this quiet energy where you can hear the city waking up gradually rather than being jolted awake by traffic at 6 AM. The staff (well, the person who manages the place) actually knows the neighborhood and can point you toward the kind of local spots that make a trip memorable. Parking isn’t a nightmare either, which anyone who’s driven in Italy will appreciate. I should mention that while everything feels very polished and well-maintained, it’s not stuffy or pretentious – more like staying at the home of a friend who happens to have excellent taste. The only minor thing is that check-in requires a bit of coordination since it’s not a traditional hotel front desk situation, but honestly, that’s part of what makes it feel special rather than institutional. For the quality and the experience you get, this place offers real value that goes way beyond just having a place to sleep.

  Three adults and two young children stayed for a 4 day break. Perfect location for walking around the beautiful city. As we were visiting out of the busy season the accommodation was exceptional value. Three double bedrooms, comfy beds (there were also bed settees which we didn't use so I can't comment on how comfy they were.
  
  Just what we needed for a city break. No views but only one road back from the beautiful arena where you can watch the world go by whilst indulging in breakfast or dinner.
  
  What could be improved: If you want a view there isn't one, but we didn't mind that.

  The apartment is conveniently located right next to the heart of Verona's historic center, with easy access to many attractions such as the Arena and Ponte di Castelvecchio. Furthermore, the apartment is really well prepared for groups and families, and has many appliances to make life easier for families who like to spend time together at home. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and timely. I was traveling with my family (7 people, 2 of whom were seniors) and I appreciated how prepared everything was in the apartment.

  This is a lovely apartment in an amazing location, just around the corner from the Arena. It is very spacious and spotlessly clean. There is a great supermarket 3 mins walk away which has everything you need and a little bakery a few doors down. The jewellery shop next door has some very pretty things and we bought some lovely pieces. In the apartment there is coffee, tea and filtered water. We didn't cook but the kitchen was very well equipped. The team provided a great service and were very helpful and prompt with any questions we had. We will only stay here when we returned to Verona!

  This flat is in a great location. Parking was easy in a covered spot. The flat itself needed nothing. It was beautiful, spacious and fit all of our needs. We really appreciated the two bathrooms. This property exceeded our expectations.
