  Appartamento confortevole e pulito, situato in una zona tranquilla a pochi minuti d'auto dal centro e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire. Gentilissimo il giovane proprietario, ci ha accolti all'arrivo e ha sempre prontamente risposto alle nostre telefonate o messaggi. Ottimi anche i consigli e le informazioni che ci aveva già mandato su WhatsApp. Abbiamo molto apprezzato che ci fosse il caffè sia in cialde che x la moka.

  Avevo avvisato già in fase di prenotazione che saremmo arrivati tardi la sera, dopo l'orario previsto per il check-in, poi abbiamo anticipato un pò ma abbiamo avvertito e Riccardo si è fatto trovare davanti alla porta al nostro arrivo. Ci ha dato molte informazioni (molte cose anche anticipate via whatsapp) su come raggiungere il centro, cosa vedere, che giro fare, abbiamo seguito i suoi consigli e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ci ha fatto trovare parecchie bottiglie d'acqua in frigo e il condizionatore acceso (entrambi servivano!), e l'appartamento è attrezzato di tutto. Altri plus: camere e bagni molto spaziosi, posteggio riservato proprio davanti all'ingresso.

  What could be improved: Das Quartier scheint kaum mit dem öffentlichem Verkehr erschlossen zu sein. Um ins Stadtzentrum zu kommen braucht man das Auto.

  Reservamos este apartamento com muito tempo de antecedência para uma viagem de família e correu tudo lindamente! O Richi foi muito disponível e simpático, partilhando connosco vários documentos da cidade, assim como informações importantes para a nossa estadia correr ainda melhor.
  O nosso voo atrasou e o pai do Richi, que nos ia receber, esperou por nós no apartamento com a maior simpatia possivel.
  A apartamento ficava muito perto da cidade de Verona, o que para nós era perfeito. Disponibilizava um lugar de estacionamento mesmo na entrada do prédio o que para nós, que alugamos carro, foi importante.
  A casa tinha tudo o que era preciso para uma estadia confortável e descomplicada.
  Recomendo a 100%

  Disponibilità del proprietario. Non c'erano gli asciugami del viso, ma ce li ha fatti trovare nel giro di poco tempo. Abbiamo trovato anche tè, caffè, bustine di zucchero per fare la colazione. L'appartamento era sempre caldo. Disponibilità anche a poter parcheggiare l'auto proprio sotto casa.

  Abbiamo soggiornato per il week end dell"immacolata. L'appartamento accogliente era dotato di tutto il necessario per passare 3 giorni senza preoccupazioni la cucina attrezzata di tutto ben oltre la dotazione di base. Abbiamo trascorso tre piacevolissimo, Verona molto bella e ne abbiamo approfittato di fare una gita a Venezia. Una nota di merito per Riccardo attento cordiale e disponibilissimo. Grazie

  El departamento está muy bien equipado, tiene todo lo que ofrece en su descripción y adicionalmente el anfitrión nos dejó agua, café y otros insumos para nuestra estancia. La zona donde está es un barrio muy tranquilo con varios negocios de conveniencia cercanos.
  
  What could be improved: La ubicación es lejana a los puntos de mayor interés, una vez conocido el lugar es más fácil encontrar los puntos donde se puede tomar el bus para acercarse.

  We booked quite late cause our plans changed and we needed a last minute accommodation. Richi was very helpful from the very first minute and provided us all the information how to get to his apartment. He explained us everything, there was coffee and tea. And Richi knows good places where to eat and drink!
