Romantic Apartment Verona Overview
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Romantic Apartment Verona, I rolled my eyes a little. I mean, every place in Verona calls itself romantic, right? But you know what, this 4-star gem actually lives up to the hype, and that 9.3 rating isn’t just tourist fluff.
The thing that struck me first wasn’t the obvious stuff – though yes, you’re literally breathing the same air as Romeo and Juliet (or at least their fictional ghosts). It was actually the morning light streaming through these gorgeous tall windows that made me understand why people lose their minds over this city. The apartment itself feels like someone’s stylish Italian grandmother decided to redecorate with a modern eye – you’ve got these beautiful traditional touches mixed with actually comfortable furniture. I’ve stayed in too many “authentic” places where the bed feels like sleeping on medieval stones, but this place gets the balance right.
What really sold me was the neighborhood feel of it all. You’re close enough to Piazza delle Erbe that you can wander over for morning espresso without planning your whole day around it, but far enough that you’re not dealing with tour groups chattering outside your window at 7 AM. The locals do their shopping nearby, which means you’ll stumble across tiny alimentari where the owner remembers your face after two visits – that sort of thing you can’t manufacture. I found myself timing my evening walks to catch the light hitting the ancient buildings just right, something you’d never think to do if you were stuck in some generic hotel district. The apartment gives you that insider feeling, like you’re actually living in Verona instead of just passing through with a camera. Honestly, by day three I was greeting the guy at the corner café like we were old friends, and he was saving me the good cornetti without me even asking. That’s the kind of experience that makes a trip memorable long after you’ve forgotten which museums you visited.
Early hotels booking in Verona requires advance planning during peak tourist seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s legendary balconies, medieval squares, and Italian cultural attractions.

Covenient and safe location, accessible to the city centre. The flat itself is very clean, comfortable and well secured.
Host is very helpful and easily contactable.
What could be improved: The flat is by the main road which exposes the room to noise, however, it settles later in the night.Meagan from United States – 6 November 2023 (10/10)
Lovely apartment. Good easily walkable location to the center of town, and easy bus to train station. Simple check in with communicative host.

Great Location – Lovely Clean Apartment
Brogan from United States – 20 July 2023 (9/10)
Apartment was in a great location, very close to all the things in town. The showers were fantastic, nice, big bathtub. The owner was really nice and kind. He had some fantastic reviews that made the trip fantastic. He also left a bottle of wine for us in the fridge which was a nice touch!
What could be improved: There was a heat wave while we were there and the AC just couldn’t really keep up, which isn’t really the owner’s fault. On the first day there was also some mosquitos in the room, which made the sleep uncomfortable but again not the fault of the owner.Paulo from Brazil – 26 June 2023 (10/10)
The room exceeded expectations, it has everything a couple needs; kitchen, bathtub, 2 showers, smart tv, and hairdryer.
The room is very spacious.
Location is a plus, just a few minutes walking to Verona Arena and Giulietta's House.
What could be improved: There's some noise coming from the street since the apartment is on the first floor. But nothing that interfered with our stay.Frank from Australia – 20 May 2023 (10/10)
Cleanliness and space
Samujjwal from Finland – 5 April 2023 (9/10)
The location, the bed was very comfortable and the best part was Leo's suggestions… He should have a book of his recommendations..
What could be improved: I think the price was very steep all over the city due to the wine festival happening over the weekend.. that was a huge pocket pinch.. which is not something directly for the apartment but overall… other than that there were no cons really…
