  Communication was excellent. The location was close to all major sites and we had a great view of the castle. The hotel was just outside the ZTL which is great for those driving.

  All the stuff was really helpful and very kind! They really did everything possible to help us and especially with my 1 year old baby. The location is excellent and the breakfast really good!
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately the baby bed that was provided to us was in really bad shape. It was old and very dirty. Unfortunately the filth of the baby bed has caused skin disease to our baby.
