  Great location. Giulietta house, Verona Arena, Piazza delle Erbe are within walkable distance. Parking is 150m away. Gnam Gnam great cafeteria is about 100m.

  It was nice inside with a good location near the water and city center.
  
  What could be improved: The proprietor were very nice in letting us in early. However, we were told to meet them at 4pm to check-in but they messaged us later to say they would not be there. We did not get the message until we were back at the hotel, on Wi-Fi. They asked for a picture of our documents through text or WhatsApp, which we did not have our entire trip. We let them know that but that made us take time trying to send documents. The morning we were leaving we were still communicating to get them our documents, which we sent through email. Having them not be there at the established time took time from our trip and having to get them our documents was stressful.

  Super, attentive hosts. Best thing was having water, milk, juice and cakes on arrival especially as it was 39degrees.
  
  What could be improved: The air conditioner was very noisy so it was difficult to sleep. Such a shame as I would definitely give you a 10/10 for everything else.
