It’s the kind of view that makes you pause with your coffee in the morning, which – let’s be real – doesn’t happen often when you’re dealing with jet lag and unfamiliar espresso machines.

The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile rental property. I mean, there’s real personality here – the kitchen has quality appliances that work properly (you’d be amazed how often that’s not the case), and the living space is arranged so you can actually relax without feeling like you’re sitting in a furniture showroom. The 4-star rating feels spot-on because while everything is clean and well-maintained, it’s not trying too hard to be fancy. What impressed me most was the attention to practical details that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two. There’s proper storage space, good lighting for reading, and – this might sound silly – but the shower has actual water pressure. The building itself is well-kept without being intimidatingly upscale, and I never had issues with noise from other units or the street below.

The location works really well if you want to experience Verona like less of a tourist. You’re not right in the thick of the historic center where everything echoes with tour groups at 7 AM, but you’re close enough that a pleasant fifteen-minute walk gets you to the major sights. I actually preferred this setup because you get a sense of how the city breathes beyond the main attractions – there’s a local market nearby where vendors remember your face after a couple of visits, and the evening passeggiata feels more authentic when you’re walking back to a residential neighborhood. That 9.0 rating doesn’t surprise me at all because this place delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. It’s the kind of apartment where you find yourself planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out, honestly.

  What could be improved: Lo staff molto deludente. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo compilato i vari dati telematicamente in quanto al check-in non è prevista una persona fisicamente per l’accoglienza e abbiamo atteso il codice per l’accesso all’appartamento per circa 2 ore, dalle 18:00 che era il check-in alle 20:30 siamo riusciti ad entrare grazie all’aiuto della polizia di Verona che ci ha aiutati a rintracciare lo staff, in quanto lo staff non rispondeva alle varie chiamate per poter aiutare. Oltre a questo spiacevole inconveniente all’interno dell’abitazione non c’era il telecomando per il televisore e per il clima e nemmeno il phon. Ci avevano detto che avrebbero procurato un telecomando universale ma che non è mai stato consegnato fino al giorno del check-out, purtroppo ormai inutile per noi.

  Мне понравился и сам дом и локация и апартаменты, они в жизни лучше, чем на фото, а еще на территории бесплатная парковка, очень комфортная кровать, все чисто и уютно. В апартаментах был и кофе и вода. Хозяива оперативно отвечали на все вопросы, хотелось остаться там еще.

  The space was immaculate, well-decorated, and provided all the comforts we needed for a relaxing time. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, and the view from the apartment was simply stunning.
