Casa Beraldini Overview
First Impressions
Casa Beraldini sits quietly on Via Gb Da Monte in Borgo Trento, and honestly, you might walk right past it if you weren’t looking — which is actually part of its charm. This four-star boutique property feels more like staying at a sophisticated friend’s home than a typical hotel. The moment you step inside, there’s this immediate sense of calm that’s hard to find in busier parts of Verona. I mean, you’re still close to everything that matters, but the atmosphere here is refreshingly unhurried.
Location & Neighborhood
Borgo Trento is one of those neighborhoods that locals will tell you about with a knowing smile — it’s where Veronese actually want to live. You’re about a fifteen-minute walk from the Arena and Juliet’s balcony (though honestly, skip the balcony crowds and head to Castelvecchio instead). What I love about this area is how you can grab morning coffee at a proper Italian bar where the barista remembers your order, then stroll along tree-lined streets that feel worlds away from the tourist crush. The location score of 8.9 makes perfect sense when you realize you get authentic Verona life with easy access to the historic center.
The Rooms
The accommodations at Casa Beraldini strike that sweet spot between elegant and comfortable — think refined Italian style without the stuffiness. My room had these lovely high ceilings and windows that actually opened (you know how rare that’s becoming), letting in both light and the gentle sounds of the neighborhood. The furnishings feel carefully chosen rather than mass-produced, and there’s enough space to actually unpack and settle in. What really impressed me was the attention to details like proper reading lights and outlets where you need them — small things that show someone was thinking about how guests actually use a room.
Practical Perks
Here’s something that’ll matter if you’re driving — Casa Beraldini offers private parking, which is basically gold in Italian cities. Trust me on this one; trying to navigate Verona’s ZTL zones and find parking near the center is a headache you don’t want. The staff genuinely seems to enjoy helping guests figure out the best routes to wherever they’re headed, and they’re full of those insider tips that make a difference. Whether it’s which osteria serves the best risotto all’Amarone or how to time your visit to avoid the Romeo and Juliet house crowds, they actually know their city.
Why Guests Love It
There’s a reason couples rate this place so highly — Casa Beraldini creates that perfect balance of romance and authenticity that’s hard to manufacture. You’re staying in a real Veronese neighborhood, but with all the comfort and service of an upscale hotel. The property manages to feel intimate without being cramped, sophisticated without being pretentious. After a day of exploring churches and piazzas, coming back here feels like retreating to your own private corner of Verona rather than just another hotel room.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Verona through trusted local agencies that provide insider knowledge about the best districts for experiencing the city’s romantic atmosphere and artistic heritage.

Benoit from Belgium – 26 October 2024 (10/10)
The apartment was located in an very nice area with access to public transport and also a nice walkable distance to city center.
It was very clean with 3 very spacious bedrooms. Practical kitchen with all the necessary to cook.
We have enjoyed our stay at Angela's place, especially the day that rained all day long and we stayed reading and watching a film.
Thanks for hosting us,Billy from United Kingdom – 18 August 2024 (9/10)
The apartment was very specious. It was very well designed and fully met our requirements.
What could be improved: More space outside would have been an advantage. The Balcony was adequate for us being a party of 3 but would have been restricted if you had a larger party.Kornelija from Serbia – 7 July 2024 (9/10)
The apartment is truly wonderful. It's spacious and well equipped. The location is also great, as it takes just a 10 minute walk down a beautiful street to the old town, close to the duomo. Our host was very responsive and we had excellent communication. We loved our stay.

What could be improved: We didn’t realise how far from the town centre we were, however that’s our own issue.M from Singapore – 31 May 2022 (9/10)
Angela was very responsive on Whatsapp and guided us all the way through to check in.
What could be improved: It was raining heavily but that is not their fault! 🙂Fabio from Brazil – 26 May 2022 (10/10)
