You know what’s brilliant about staying here? You’re in the Historical Centre but on a street that doesn’t get completely overrun with tour groups. Lungadige Panvinio has this lovely residential feel while keeping you within easy walking distance of all the major sights. The Arena di Verona is maybe a ten-minute stroll, and you can reach Juliet’s House without breaking a sweat — though honestly, the real magic happens when you just wander the quieter streets around the property. There’s this fantastic local restaurant just around the corner that I probably never would have found if I’d stayed in the more touristy areas.

Practical Comforts

The apartment comes with all those little things that make a difference when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. Good Wi-Fi, proper lighting for reading, and — this might sound small but it matters — really effective blackout options for sleeping in. The bathroom setup is modern and spacious, which you definitely don’t take for granted in historic Italian buildings. Parking can be sorted through the property, which saves you the headache of navigating Verona’s ZTL zones with a rental car.

  La casa è molto bella, ampia e molto vicina al centro di Verona. L’arredamento è lussuoso e le camere sono grandi.
  
  What could be improved: Il servizio Host lascia a desiderare: con la scusa del self check in le comunicazioni avvengono prevalentemente via messaggi pre impostati su whatsapp senza fornire nessuna indicazione sulla casa: ad esempio la casa si trova in ztl, quindi non potrete arrivare sotto il portone per scaricare la macchina, ma lo scoprirete soltanto al vostro arrivo. Le indicazioni per poter accedere sono state comunicate solo 15 minuti prima dell’orario del check-in. La casa non dispone di utensili per la cucina, quindi se pensate di mangiare a casa dovrete portarvi tutto il necessario dai coltelli al cavatappi.
  Nonostante il soggiorno fosse prenotato per 6 persone non c’erano tazze a sufficienza per la colazione così come non erano presenti tazzine per il caffè, seppur la casa disponesse della macchinetta (ma senza cialde). La casa ha una lavastoviglie, per cui però non sono fornite le pastiglie, quindi dovrete lavare a mano con un campioncino di sapone per piatti fornito (basta sì e no per un lavaggio). Anche i sacchetti per la pattumiera sono contati, per 3 giorni ne abbiamo trovati solo 2 (impossibile fare la raccolta differenziata). Non troverete olio sale e zucchero (che ci saremmo aspettati vista la lussuosita della casa) e tutte le televisioni della casa non sono funzionanti. Non ci sono coperte e quelle messe sul letto sono copriletto estivi, quindi per poter dormire in maniera confortevole dovrete accendere i condizionatori.

  We really like how modern the design also the cleanliness of the apartment, even the view outside the window and the location so perfect! Truly worth it! we’re planning to rebook it again when we visit again here in verona.
  
  What could be improved: The only problem is lack of stuffs in the kitchen like detergent for dishwasher, wine opener, chopping board,knife, kitchen paper and rags we would like to keep clean when we’re using the kitchen but unfortunately we don’t find other stuffs, so we bought our needs in the supermarket.

  L'appartamento è davvero molto bello, arredamento di classe e pulizie ottime. Anche la posizione è strategica per visitare la città, davvero comoda. I gestori sono stati molto cortesi e precisi nelle informazioni e alla nostra richiesta di una copia delle chiavi si sono subito resi disponibili.
  
  What could be improved: Un paio di cose per essere al Top. La prima è richiedere agli inquilini che abitano al piano di sopra di rispettare gli orari di rispetto del silenzio nei condomini. La seconda, pur non essendo assolutamente obbligatoria, visto che tutto l'ambiente è lussuoso, far trovare un asciugacapelli in bagno e un paio di bottigliette di acqua nel frigorifero potrebbero essere quella ciliegina sulla torta, che è mancata.

  Appartamento fantastico, ambienti ampi, molto ben arredato e lussuoso. Posizione ottima, a due passi dalle attrazioni principali. Potenzialmente da 10 e lode ma…..
  
  What could be improved: Alcuni dettagli avrebbero reso il soggiorno top… peccato! C'è la macchina del caffè con le cialde ma sono presenti le tazzine. Mancano phon e asciugamani ospite. Le tv presenti in ogni ambiente non sono funzionanti.
