You know what caught me off guard about PARISI – VERONA FIERA LUXURY Golosine 1? For a 3-star place, it honestly punches way above its weight class – and that 9.4 rating isn’t just inflated review nonsense, it’s actually deserved. I’ll admit, when I first pulled up to this spot in Golosine, I wasn’t expecting much. The neighborhood feels pretty residential and quiet, sort of removed from the tourist chaos you get closer to Verona’s center, but that turned out to be exactly what made it special.

The whole vibe here is just… comfortable, I guess? Like, the staff actually remembers your name after the first day, and there’s this relaxed efficiency about everything that you don’t usually find at bigger hotels. The rooms have this modern-but-not-sterile thing going on – clean lines, decent space, and honestly some of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in (and I’m picky about mattresses). What really impressed me though was how quiet it stays, even when they’re fully booked. The soundproofing is surprisingly solid, which matters more than you’d think when you’re trying to recover from a day of walking around Verona’s cobblestones.

Here’s the thing about the location that the typical travel guides won’t tell you – yes, you’re about 15 minutes from the main historic district, but that means you’re also close to where actual locals eat and shop. There’s this little osteria maybe three blocks away that serves the kind of risotto you’ll think about for months afterward, and the morning market nearby actually has reasonable prices instead of tourist markup. Plus, if you’re coming for business stuff near the Fiera district, you’re golden – it’s practically next door. The breakfast spread is more generous than I expected too, with actual good coffee (not that watery hotel stuff) and local pastries that change daily. I mean, it’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s the kind of place where everything just works the way it should, without any unpleasant surprises or hidden fees. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  Appartamento nuovo e molto curato a pochi minuto a piedi dalla Fiera di Verona con comodo parcheggio pubblico Non a pagamento a pochi metri.
  Il proprietario e lo staff presenti in loco sono stato molto cordiali e disponibili . .
  
  What could be improved: Non si può definire la struttura un B&B .
  L' offerta è per il solo pernottamento.
  Non viene fornita nessuna colazione o servizio per gli ospiti che devono comperare tutto a proprie spese.
  Sarebbero bastate anche solo delle cose confezionate ed un po' di bustine di tè e sarebbe stato molto più soddisfacente.
  Io ho pernottato con due bambine e di certo non bevono caffè….che è la sola cosa a disposizione per gli ospiti.

  Easy access, check out. Quiet location. Grocery nearby. Very clean and comfortable,
  minimalist, but everything you need.
  Elisa was extremely accommodating.
  Ground floor, parking right outside your door.
  We’re traveling by bicycle and it was perfect for us. We would return!

  Good communication from the owners about access to property with photos. Amazing gelato around corner from property. Car parking at front of property. Apartment appeared newly renovated, high spec. Comfy beds, quiet location out of hussle and bustle of the city, amenities within walking distance. A good place to start holiday in Italy.

  The apartment was so clean and well equipped. It felt like a new unit and had all the essentials. We found that it was a perfect base to travel from and enjoy the city. The hosts were extremely responsive – answered every question I had in 10 min or less. They were so helpful it made our trip a delight.
  
  What could be improved: It is about a 1/2 hour bus ride from the city centre. We enjoyed seeing a bigger part of the city but didn't like the first bus we took as it went through a neighbourhood that felt a little less safe. We also had a problem getting a taxi on the night of the opera- BUT the hosts came to pick us up and take us there when they found out. It was above and beyond and we were so grateful.
